March Break Fun!

DS Famly Photo Credit Gillian Krause 2019 (4)March Break is coming, a time to spend with friends and family. What better way to do that then outdoors? We still have plenty of snow and lots to do, including dog sledding, snowmobiling, atving and much more!

Do you dare complete the Wolf Centre Scavenger Quest while getting a glimpse of our wolf pack? Check out the kids activities (crafts, brain-teasers, stories, movies) at the Wolf Centre running from 1 PM to 3 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

Our special guests, The Wildlife, will be at Base Camp Tuesday and Thursday with free pony rides from 11 AM to 1 PM.

If you want to learn all about maple syrup, Adam and Ryan would love to tell you all about our onsite sugar bush! What better way to get in touch with your Canadian side, eh? Meet outside the Main Office at 10 AM and 2 PM on Wednesday to Friday for a 30 to 45 minute guided tour of our sugar bush.

Take a small detour by foot or snowmobile/atv just outside of Base Camp to visit Hershe the Moose, who loves company and makes for some great photo-ops.Haliburton Forest - Restaurant

Top off your perfect outdoor day with the family with some warm delicious food from our onsite restaurant, The Cookhouse, open daily from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

A day in Haliburton Forest will leave your family with fond memories for years to come. Experience it yourself over the March Break!
